The bucket seats (
: Kuppipenkit) are interior car parts made by PRO STATE which can be bought from the parts catalog at home for 5,095 mk.
Attached inside the car with 4x9mm bolts, the seats come in a pair as replacements for the stock front seats, with a deep bucket design for improved occupant stability at high speeds and in sharp turns. The bucket seats can be mixed and matched with the stock seat between the driver and passenger sides.
Installation of driver side bucket seat disables the use of the stock safety belt as it would no longer properly secure its occupant; instead, the bucket seat uses a racing harness as a substitute, which greatly improves survivability in crashes of up to 200 km/h or more. However, due to the need for a roll cage to support the harness, it is ill-advised to install the bucket seat without the roll cage unless the player understands the risk of deaths in collisions or police fines by driving the car without any functional safety belts. Due to their single-piece construction, the passenger side bucket seat can also not be pulled back, unlike the stock passenger seat.
Installation of the driver side bucket seat is required to take part in the rally.
