Dealing with the nestEdit
The wasps are only active from 8:00 to 20:00, which makes night the most opportune time to deal with the nest.
A fifteen second burst from a fire extinguisher will be enough to kill it, which is about one third of the extinguisher's contents, though playing it safe and using all of it is not a bad idea.
The other way of dealing with the nest is submerging it in water, namely the lake. Holding the car fully underwater for about fifteen seconds will be enough to kill the nest.
To make sure that the nest has been successfully neutralised, carefully approach it during the day and listen for the buzzing sound. If it cannot be heard, the wasps are dead for good.
- One possible species that the wasps could be is Dolichovespula sylvestris, the tree wasp.
